There are two apartments for rent in Vivenda Pereira, both furnished with good taste and loving touch. The smaller apartment is on the ground floor and the bigger one for up to 6 persons on the first floor. There is a very beautiful roofed terrace for both apartments, equipped with garden furniture and a stone barbecue, at the back side of the house.

The apartment on he top floor consists of three double bedrooms and a children's bedroom. There is also a considerably large, nicely furnished living/ dining room with an open kitchen (washing machine is in the courtyard). Attention: two of the bedrooms and a bathroom have a steep roof pitch inclination and therefore this apartment is not recommended to tall people (standing height between 140 cm and 185 cm).

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. You may be requested to pay a 200 € deposit on arrival. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. During the high season (July/ August) arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Otherwise, arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
