Mr. Nelson rents our two cosily furnished apartments on the top floor of his house. The apartments consist of two or three bedrooms, a living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom. Both apartments have separate entrances via exterior stairs, so they can be rented out independently from each other. Additionally, there is an inner courtyard with garden furniture at the guests' disposal, where you can sunbathe at daytime or grill delicious fish for the evening meal.

Lugar da Areia Branca is a very quiet little place, where there are no hotels or holiday residences. But still there is a tiny little grocery shop, as well as two cafés, where you can meet friendly Portuguese people. If you feel like having a change though, you can walk (10-15 minutes) along the road to the nearest town Praia da Areia Branca, or walk about 900 metres north along the beach. You will find many cafés, restaurants, a number of shopping facilities and even a disco there.

Mr. Nelson keeps six mountain bikes (incl. two lady mountain bikes) that can be used by his guests free of charge and there is a free wireless internet-connection available for all the guests.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
