There is a comfortable sofa bed in the small living room, which can be used by a fifth person or two children. Behind the house, there is a large terrace with a view on the sea and the nearby village of Praia da Areia Branca and a barbecue. From the terrace, exterior stairway leads to the apartment on the top floor. The owners, a Portuguese family, live on the ground floor. The owners' washing machine, which is kept in the basement, serves for a shared use.
