Ausser dem Casalinho Mateus (Nr. 231a) und dem Studio Mateus (Nr. 231b) vermietet Frau Dona Mateus auch noch eine grössere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ihres persönlichen Hauses. The apartment is lovely furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room there is a room divider, behind which two beds can be put, so that 6 persons can sleep in the apartment. The large kitchen is rustically furnished which is the hostess' great pride. There is also a huge stone oven in the kitchen, which can be seen in the photos. Obviously, there is also a normal gas stove, a fridge and other equipment expected of a modern kitchen. In front of the apartment you can find garden furniture and a lot of space to spend time outside. The sun shines all day round through the open wooden door of the living room.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
