It is more than a hotel room, it is a home with all comodities, from Wi-Fi free Internet to a big relaxing sofa. It is ideal for 2 but can accommodate 4 in total. Walk up to 15-20 minutes: Beach, Casino Estoril, exquisite Cafes and Restaurants, Train Station, Golf, Cascais. It is also close to Sintra, the Romantic Capital and from Lisbon.

- There is a lovely sidewalk along the beaches nearby, with bars and restaurants.
- There are several cycling tracks - and free bicycles for use in Cascais (the BICAS)
- More than 17 beaches to explore & SINTRA, the Romantic Capital
- It's half an hour away from Central Lisbon, so easy to go for a day tour and see the castle, the old squares, buildings and neighborhoods and also the modern east side of the city, with its parks and Oceanarium.
- We can provide Airport transfers for €50 (both ways, including toll) subject to availability for maximum 4 people + 4 bags (Taxi costs are approximately €50 x 2 - €100)

Price per day for 1-4 persons:
60 EUR all the year (minimum stay 5 nights)
80 EUR all the year (minimum stay 3 nights)
maximum recommended occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
