903 - Penthouse Las Lomas

The penthouse is located in the urbanisation Las Lomas, near the picturesque leisure port of Marina del Este. The Marina del Este beach, where you can find the nice Chiringuito beach bar and restaurant, is about 500m away. The urbanisation Las Lomas was built only three years ago and is still as good as new. There is a large communal swimming pool in the urbanisation.

There are 3 bedrooms in the penthouse, two of which have double beds, and one – two single beds. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs and a fully equipped high-quality kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and stove top, big fridge with freezer).

In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa with a TV set (Sky TV) and a stereo unit. The penthouse is also equipped in air conditioning in all rooms. From the main bedroom and the living room there is a direct access to the large terrace (over 176m2), where you will find two big wooden tables, each with 6 chairs, sunshades and deck chairs.

There is a small private swimming pool on the roof terrace. However, the communal pool of the urbanisation, which is only 2 minutes walking distance away, is better for swimming. You can also use your own parking place in the underground car park.

In the neighbourhood of the port of Marina del Este, there are many more good restaurants, diving schools, a small supermarket, a surf shop and a lot of wonderful yachts.
