The holiday house Casa Mauro is embedded in nature, with a fantastic view on the Atlantic. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere are guaranteed here.

The house is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the picturesque fishing village Calheta de Nesquim on the southern side of the Pico island. Casa Mauro was fully renovated in 2008 and is divided into upper and lower part. In the upper part you can find a combined living room and bedroom, a kitchen, a hall, and a bathroom. In the lower part there is an additional room, which can serve as an extra bedroom. The house is fully equipped with crockery, hand towels and bed linen. In the adjoining building there is garden furniture, as well as a washing machine.

A beautiful terrace and a balcony invites you to dream on pleasant things. You can admire views on the rocky coast. You can often spot a dolphin or a whale from the terrace. 5 minutes walking distance away, there is a natural swimming spot and a park with barbecue. Another bathing possibility is available in the little fishing village Calheta de Nesquim (about 15 minutes walk). Both places are equipped with showers and toilets. The owner of the house, who is German, will always be eager to give you advice and offer help.

The price is calculated as the total price and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals and departures are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
