The house is located above the coast, on the southern side of the Pico island, in a village called Pontas Negras. The house was renovated in 2007 and consists of: a living room with a kitchen and a dining corner, a bedroom and a bathroom. A beautiful terrace invites you to dream on pleasant things or plan your next trip. You can often spot a dolphin or a whale from the terrace. The blue Atlantic invites you to have a swim in, and the green nature to explore.

The house is fully equipped with dish and hand towels and bed linen. There is also a fireplace in the house. There are bathing possibilities nearby. The owner of the house, who is German, will always be eager to give you advice and offer help.

The price is calculated as the total price and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals and departures are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
