Vivenda São Pedro enjoys the privileged position of being perfectly situated right at the seaside. The lovely blue Atlantic is a mere 10 m away from your bedroom window. We are proud to have hosted famous guests (among others celebrities and leading politicians from Germany) who chose our place as they wanted to escape from big hotels and package holidays.

The house consists of four floors. On the top floor there is a weekend apartment of the owners of the house, and also a large terrace with a fantastic sea view and a swimming pool. On the third floor there is the biggest of the three holiday apartments with three bedrooms. On the second floor the middle-sized two-bedroomed apartment is located, and on the ground floor there is the best-selling small apartment with only one bedroom, located just a few metres over the surface of the sea.

The city of Santa Cruz is located on the east coast of the island, about 18 km from the capital city. In the district of Santa Cruz there is a parish of Camacha, which is internationally famous for its folklore and wicker basket industry. In the Arts and Crafts Centre of Camacha you can find all kinds of traditional wicker works and particularly beautiful wicker furniture.

Price discount for children and babies:
When one single bed is used by two children (aged 2-12), these two children are counted as one person. Babies and children up to 2 y.o. are free of charge.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
