656a - Vivenda Helena

The house Vivenda Helena is located in a quiet residential area between the centre of Lagos and the especially beautiful and long sandy beach called Porto de Mós, with its picturesque rocky cliffs. The road leads almost directly from the house down to the beach, just about 700 meters away. Therefore, the beach is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the house is from its back side, in a quiet dead end street, where you have sufficient space to park your cars.

There is a large pool area protected from view, with tables and chairs, as well as deck chairs and sunshades at your disposal. Furthermore, there is a barbecue with a washbasin and an outdoor shower.

On the ground floor of the house there is a separate small apartment Nr. 656b - Studio Helena that can be rented out separately. However, the pool area as well as the barbecue are for the exclusive use of the guests of the main house unless both objects are rented out together.

On the ground floor:
- a living room (18 sq.m.) with a sofa bed and a sat TV
- a well equipped kitchen (7.5 sq.m.) with a gas stove and oven, a fridge with a separate freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster
- a bedroom (16 sq.m.) with two large single beds (120 x 200 cm each)
- a bathroom (4 sq.m.) with a bathtub
- a hall (7 sq.m.)

On the first floor:
- a bedroom (14 sq.m.) with two large single beds (120 x 200 cm each) and an en suite bathroom (5 sq.m.) with a bathtub and a small terrace (2.5 sq.m.)
- a bedroom (18 sq.m.) with a double bed (145 x 200 cm) and a terrace (4 sq.m.)
- a bedroom (10.5 sq.m.) with a double bed (145 x 200 cm)
- a bathroom (5 sq.m.) with a bathtub
- a hall (7 sq.m.)

Total living area: about 112 sq.m.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. By key delivery a deposit of 250 € is requested by the owner of the house. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
