618b - Casa do Pinheiro

The Quinta S. Fernando is a very beautiful property built in the traditional style of the East Algarve region. This private property is completely detached. The little village Moncarapacho with its plenty of cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities is in a walking distance. The property has an entrance gate and is surrounded by a hedge and a wall. There are 6 parking places at the guests' disposal. For children there is a small playground within the Quinta, and for sporty adults a nicely located tennis court.

The nearest golf course is only 5 minutes away. The nearest beach is called Fuzeta, but there are numerous other beautiful beaches along the coast. If you wish to visit some of the places of interest in the vicinity, such as the picturesque town of Tavira, or the impressive castle of Sines, the German-speaking owner of the house will be glad to help you and provide detailed information.

In the Quinta S. Fernando there are three separate holiday objects for rent:
618a - the main house A Quinta
618b - the adjoining house Casa do Pinheiro
618c - the small holiday house Casa das Bougainvilleas

618b – The adjoining house Casa do Pinheiro:
- a double bedroom
- a shower bedroom
- a large living / dining room with a sat TV
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a beautiful terrace with a barbecue
- two extra beds available
- total living area about 48 sq.m.

Price per day:
01/01 - 31/03 = 35 €
01/04 - 14/06 = 55 €
15/06 - 30/06 = 70 €
01/07 - 31/08 = 1850 € for the whole house
01/09 - 15/09 = 70 €
16/09 - 30/10 = 55 €
01/11 - 31/12 = 35 €

From July until August the Quinta is only rented out as a whole, that is, all three houses together with 10 beds.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. The price also includes one cleaning per week. From November until March an extra heating charge of 60 € per week is added. If you bring a pet with you, there is a deposit of 250 € required on arrival. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
