This especially beautiful and typical Portuguese mill lies a little bit outside from the village Atalaia (about 3 km to the beach of Porto Dinheiro or Porto das Barcas), on a hill with a panoramic view on nearby villages and the broad and hilly landscape. The old mill has three floors and is lovely furnished. The annex is integrated in the mill and has access from indoors. Each room has central heating. The garden is very beautiful and practical, as a barbecue, garden furniture and sun shades are all available. The next small café is approx. 300 metres away.

In the annex (ground floor):
- a kitchen (6 sq.m.) with a fridge a gas and electric stove, a coffee maker and a toaster
- a bedroom (19.5 sq.m.) with a double bed (135 x 190 cm)
- a bedroom (11 sq.m.) with two single beds (100 x 185 cm each)
- a bathroom (6 sq.m.) with a bathtub
- a bathroom (4 sq.m.) with a shower

On the ground floor of the old mill: a dining room (11 sq.m.)
On the first floor: a living room (11 sq.m.) with a sitting area and a sat TV
On the second floor: a bedroom (11 sq.m.) with a double bed (160 x 190 cm)
total living area: approx. 80 sq.m.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
