123 - Casa Prevesendes

The holiday house Casa Prevesendes is an old farmhouse, which has been recently carefully renovated and thus turned into a cozy holiday house with a large swimming pool and located in wonderful surroundings. Even passing along the way to the house is a little adventure in itself, with its forest paths winding up the mountains to the remote house with a unique view.

If you truly want to have a relaxing holiday and do not wish anybody to disturb your early morning swim in the pool, then this is the place for you. The property is located about 5 km away from Sao Martinho de Gandra, where you can do all the necessary shopping. Should you have any special needs, they can surely be fulfilled in Ponte de Lima, which is only 10 km away.

The famous national park Peneda-Geres is only about a half-hour drive away and is a point not to be missed during your stay. The towns od Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo, Braga and Guimaraes belong to the oldest towns in Portugal and boast picturesque old town centres. A two-week stay is certainly hardly enough time to visit all the places of interest. The house itself has a cosy living/ dining room with a fireplace and satellite TV, three tastefully furnished bedrooms, and a suitably equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Apart from these, there is a large swimming pool, a stone barbecue, a terrace and a fantastic view on the surrounding mountains.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. You may be requested to pay a 200 € deposit on arrival. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. During the high season (July/ August) arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Otherwise, arrivals and departures are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
