Villa Casa da Praia is a beautifully furnished and most outstandingly equipped holiday house. Its location is excellent – only 300 m from the beach and about 700 m from Esposende town centre with its facilities, such as restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc.

The house is well suited for big groups or families, as there are 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on two floors. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven etc. At the back of the house you can find a nicely maintained garden with a stone barbecue ideal for an evening meal.

Esposende is a nice holiday resort, located between Porto (about 50 km south) and Viana do Castelo (about 25 km north), as well as a half-hour drive away from the interesting town of Braga and from the town of Guimaraes, the heart of Portuguese history. A two-week stay is certainly hardly enough time to visit all the places of interest.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. You may be requested to pay a 300 € deposit on arrival. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. During the high season (July/ August) arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Otherwise, arrivals and departures are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
