The Quinta da Moita Longa is an old aristocratic estate, secluded from the outer world and situated in the midst of a wild natural scenery with deciduous and fruit trees. There is just one 2 km long forest track that leads to the estate which is enclosed by a garden and meadows. There is an idyllic wood glade nearby, where you will find a small waterfall. A chapel from the seventeenth century also belongs to the estate.

Besides the birds singing, all you can hear is the wind rustling in the trees. This place is a paradise for children as they can enjoy most thrilling adventures all day round and the parents do not have to worry about them at all.

The house has all modern conveniences, but it is furnished with stylish, antique furniture. In both main buildings you will find a large living room with a beautiful fireplace, where you can relax in the evening after an eventful day.

On the whole, there are ten double bedrooms with own bathrooms, one suite of rooms on the first floor and a separate small house (traditionally called a Casalinho) available for rent. The Casalinho is a great place for a small family with a maximum of two children, and it is located directly by the swimming pool. Each of the main buildings can be rented out independently as a pool villa with four double bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. In each case the guests have the kitchen at their disposal.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
