This exclusive three-floor apartment of about 132 sq.m. living area is in an absolutely central location right by the main beach of Praia da Areia Branca. The distance to the beach is less than a minute on foot. There is a breathtaking view on the town, the beach and the Atlantic from the roof terrace.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet. It is superbly equipped with everything that you should need on a comfortable holiday, e.g. air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a parabolic antenna, a DVD player and naturally a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, a daily cleaning service is provided.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels twice a week. With handing over the keys a security deposit of 250 EUR becomes due, it will be refunded at departure date, when the apartments are left in a tidy (broom-clean) condition.

The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
