The holiday house Casa Palmeira is located in a quiet area, with a fantastic view on the Atlantic. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere are guaranteed here.

Casa Palmeira is located above the coast, on the southern side of the Pico island, in a village called Pontas Negras. The house was renovated in 2008 and consists of: a combined living room /bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a wood oven available. The house is fully equipped with dish and hand towels and bed linen. There is a possibility of a shared use of a washing machine.

A beautiful terrace and a balcony invites you to dream on pleasant things. You can admire views on the rocky coast. You can often spot a dolphin or a whale from the terrace. The blue Atlantic invites you to have a swim in, and the green nature to explore. There are bathing possibilities (a natural swimming spot) in the vicinity. The owner of the house, who is German, will always be eager to give you advice and offer help.

The price is calculated as the total price and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals and departures are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
