664c - Casa das Laranjeiras

The old farm Horta da Ti´Mariana consists of three holiday houses: Monte Algarvio (nr. 664a), Casa da Ti´Mariana (nr. 664b) and Casa das Laranjeiras (nr. 664c).

Both semis, Monte Algarvio and Casa da Ti´Mariana are located in the upper part of the property, which has an access to a pleasant garden and a large swimming pool with a fantastic view. Those two houses can be rented out together or separately.

The third house, Casa das Laranjeiras, used to be an attendant's house, and has been completely renovated and transformed into a nice holiday house for up to 6 persons. The main house is located about 150 m up the hill and therefore its guests have no access to the pool, unless all three houses are rented out together. Otherwise, the house can be rented out separately without access to the pool.

The farm Horta da Ti´Mariana is located in the middle of an orange plantation, about 4 km from Odiáxere, and about 9 km from Lagos. The whole property is ideally suited for families with children, as it is quite large (about 9 ha), and the children can play undisturbed and safely.

The house Casa das Laranjeiras is quite isolated in the lower part of the property and has a neat garden and a large terrace with a barbecue. The house has a simply furnished large living/ dining room with an open kitchen (no washing machine), three double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. You may be requested to pay a 200 € deposit on arrival. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. During the high season (July/ August) arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Otherwise, arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
