Holidays in Quinta da Arte are something special for those who love individuality, quiet, artistic atmosphere and pure nature.

Quinta da Arte is a country estate situated on a12 ha land plot, with a big dance studio, artist studios, an open air theatre with 120 places, a swimming pool, a lake, sun terraces, a boule course, barbecue places, promenades and separate guest houses with own gardens. Nine kilometres from Tavira, Rio Gilão and the sea, the estate is located in the middle of a broad natural countryside of carob, olive, and orange tree plantations. Surrounded by a hilly mountainous landscape, you have a splendid view on the sea.

Quinta da Arte is located in Sotavento, on the south-eastern coast of the Algarve region, within a coastal landscape with kilometre-long sandy beaches and sandbanks. Here, fishing boats cross the waterway of the tamed Atlantic.

For golf players:
The free golf course BENAMOR (18 holes) is located only 15 min. away. Other courses, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are about 45 min. away.

648d - Atelier Studio

100 sq.m. living area with air conditioning,an integrated kitchen, a dining area and a nice lounge area with sofas and CD player. The house has a separate shower room with an adjoining toilet. The large bright room with art works borders a separate bedroom with a double bed with a mosquito net. The big atelier door opens on a great view on the pond in front of the house and the garden with deck chairs, sunshades and a dining area with a barbecue.

Smoking in the outside area of the premises is strictly forbidden.

Price per day:
July + August = 100 €
June + October = 84 €
May + September = 78 €
remaining time of the year = 64 €

The price is calculated for 2 persons. Each extra person pays 8 € per day.
The price includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am.
