This comfortable house is located in a small, quiet settlement, on a land plot of about 3,000 sq.m., on a hillside, with a wonderful view on plantations and the sea (a beeline of 2 km). The property is easily reached via a n asphalt road. It is approximately 4 km to the village of Moncarapacho with banks, a post office, a chemist's, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and medical help. The ferry marina to the numerous offshore islands of Ria Formosa with its splendid sandy beaches is at a distance of about 7 km. To the airport of Faro it is approximately 20 km.

In the proximity of the house there is a garden with typical regional plants that farther transforms into a nature garden. A fence of trees, shrubs and nature stonewalls provides an atmosphere of space and security. From the living room you enter a big, roofed and wind protected terrace. A stairway leads down to the pool area with its 9x4 metres large basins (salt water system).

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
