622 - Villa Dinha

The Villa Dinha holiday house is situated in a quiet area, close to the steep cliff coast with a view on the Atlantic. A ten minute walk leads you to the centre of Carvoeiro, where you can find restaurants, pubs and stores. Furthermore, there are golf courses and tennis courts nearby. The beach is only 500 metres away.

The salt water swimming pool is maintained without any chemicals and is especially recommended for people with sensitive skin. The house is ideally suited for two adults and two children.

Villa Dinha consists of a bedroom with two large single beds (193 x 85 cm each), which can be easily put together to make a double bed; a bedroom with an extendible bed (two mattresses, 195 x 80 cm each) for two more persons, a bathroom, a large living room with a dining corner and a fireplace, a roof terrace, a beautiful garden with a barbecue and a panoramic view on the sea.

The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a safe deposit and a sat TV at the guests' disposal. Cleaning service possible three times a week on request. The especially friendly owner welcomes the guests himself and shows them around the house.

Attention: in August the house is available for rent for the minimum of 14 days or more!

21 days stay = you pay only for 19 days

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
