A small friendly family hotel, not belonging to any big hotel network, with a special atmosphere. The two-floor building consists of 15 tastefully furnished rooms, all with a balcony or terrace, a bathroom/ toilet, a direct dialling telephone with an alarm clock function, a sat TV, air conditioning (warm and cold) and a bathrobe. There is a cosy breakfast hall, a bar, a lounge with a TV and an open fireplace and a sunny terrace with a swimming pool. A private safe is available for rent on a small charge.

The breakfast buffet is included in the price. You can try light traditional evening meals on the terrace or in the dining room. We offer a comfortably furnished hotel with a pleasant, friendly atmosphere and a highly personalized service.

Solar de Mós is located approximately 2 km from the historical old town centre of Lagos. In the neighbourhood you can find the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve region: Porto de Mos (1000 m), the famous rocky beach of Praia d. D.Ana (1500 m) and small beaches further west, near the exceptional Ponta da Piedade. From here, you can admire a fascinating view on the rocky formations of the steep Atlantic coast. However, Lagos is not only the sun and the sea. You are welcome to try various sports, such as golf, tennis, diving, fishing, horse riding and other ways of keeping fit.

On request, in our hotel you can have an evening meal from the menu of your choice. We kindly request you to order such a meal in the morning, so that we can provide you the best quality and freshness of our products. Once a week we organize a barbecue and serve famous grilled sardines, pork, Piri-Piri chicken, salads and other specialities. This evening is especially enjoyable for our guests as it gives an opportunity of a pleasant get together, tasting our grilled specialities and winding off the holiday in a nice atmosphere.
