We offer for rent a pleasantly furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of a pretty holiday house. The apartment on the ground floor belongs to a nice German owner, who sometimes spends her holidays here.

A supermarket, small cafés and restaurants, as well as some small shops in the village are easily reached on foot. Nearby, there is a golf course (9 and 18 holes), tennis courts and a fitness centre.

The beach is 5 minutes car drive away. The picturesque centre of Carvoeiro with numerous cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as Lagoa and Ferragudo are also a couple minutes away. In any case we recommend that you rent a car.

Apartment features:
Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, mosquito nets, one of the bedrooms also has a children's bed. A large living room with a sat TV, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove / baking oven, a fridge, a washing machine, diverse little electric devices and a vacuum cleaner.

There is a large southern terrace with a beautiful view on the village and the sea (on the horizon). 1 terrace table, 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs, a sun shade available. From the kitchen there is another little terrace with a view on Portimão and the mountains Serra de Monchique.

All windows have mosquito nets, moreover, windows and outside door are secured with grates. The apartment is suited for the maximum of 2 adults and 3 children.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
