The Villa is a single level building set in a mature garden with a huge palm tree, lawns, a great variety of flowers and shrubs, a colorful Buganvilea framing the covered BBQ-terrace. The property is completely fenced in and private. Quiet residential area within a small well-kept resort, there is a restaurant within easy walking distance, laundry and reception. All the properties are privately owned and permanently lived in, only few of them are available to rent.

This is a perfect holiday home for friends and families who like to enjoy fantastic views and peaceful surroundings.

The given prices include all given costs for electricity, gas, water and the cleaning at the end, as well as for bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be calculated and charged after consumption. The prices are only effective for at least seven days. Arrival and departure is possible on any weekday. Arrival starts at 4 p.m. and departure has to happen before 12 p.m. Families with babys and children are welcome.
