605b - Quinta das Ruivas - Casa 4

This beautiful and typically Portuguese farmhouse is located at the end of a field track, approximately 300 m away from the small village of Odiaxére, in an absolutely quiet and rural area. You can spend your holidays here, undisturbed by any kind of traffic noise. Shopping possibilities and cafés, as well as restaurants, can be found in Odiaxére. If you are looking for pulsating night life, you will find it in the municipality capital Lagos about 5 km away. The almost infinitely wide sandy beach of Meia Praia is about 4 km away.

The swimming pool, which was completed in the spring 2002, is at the exclusive disposal of the guests of both apartments. The pool area is fenced and equipped in an outside shower, deck chairs, gadren furniture and sun shades. In the nearby pool shed there is a toilet with a shower. There is plenty of space on the property to spend time in the open.

There are two holiday apartments for rent in this house, modestly furnished in a typically Portuguese style:

Additionally, there are three other apartments available for rent all year round in Quinta das Ruivas. The Portuguese owner lives in Portimão and supervises the house regularly. He is a nice man who speaks a little bit of English.

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children
The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
