The House Vivenda das Palmeiras is located in a dreamlike region with bizarre rock formations and small bathing bays, as well as kilometres of sandy beaches. You will not only find the best climate in Europe here, but also promising holiday conditions. The spacious villa with a swimming pool is situated exactly in the heart of the Algarve, in Porches - Armação de Pera, on a well-groomed, park-like property, surrounded by palm trees and a lot of exotic plants and flowers.

The property is situated directly by the road which leads to the village (approximately 2,5 km) and an 8-kilometre long sandy beach, with numerous bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as good shopping facilities. It is a groomed exclusive residential area. There is a café and a restaurant in a distance of 100 metres. The garden of the house is not suitable for small children due to cactuses, hollies, and an unprotected pool.

The German owners live in the neighbouring house and happily cater for the needs of their guests. The pool and the garden are at the guests' exclusive disposal.

On the ground floor:
- a hall with a guest toilet
- a living room (about 32 sq.m.) with heating, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, a sat TV, a cosy dining space
- a spacious kitchen (about 12 sq.m.)
- a garden terrace with a swimming pool

On the first floor:
- a large bedroom (about 21 sq.m.) with heating, a wide double bed (180 x 200 cm)
- a spacious terrace (about 15 sq.m.) with a wonderful with a broad view
- an elegant bathroom (about 6 sq.m.) with a corner bathtub and a separate shower
- a bedroom (about 13 sq.m.) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm)
- a second bathroom

Total living area approx. 110 sq.m.

Service:
- cleaning 2 times a week
- towels exchange 2 times a week
- bed linen exchange once a week
- swimming pool cleaning once a week (in the summer twice a week)
- extra bed for 1 person = 10 € per day
- heating (on request) = 10 € per day
- no pets allowed!!!

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am.
