418 - Casa da Praia

The house Casa da Praia is located in the centre of Vila Nova de Milfontes, next to a small castle and the river Mira, which is recognized as one of the cleanest rivers in Europe. Naturally, it is possible to take a bath without any restraints. It is a unique feature of the house that it is located directly by the beach (riverside). It is not necessary to carry your swimming accessories to the beach because you can jump into the water virtually from the terrace. The house is modestly equipped and furnished. Two bedrooms are passage rooms, and the dining room is located far away from the kitchen.

The house is particularly suitable for big tourist groups (up to 10 persons), not necessarily expecting the highest living standards, but appreciating the house unique location. It is worth mentioning that this part of the beach is used almost exclusively by guests of Casa da Praia and Apartments Veraneio (nr 41) because the beach starts exactly there and only has a hidden private access. It is a perfect swimming location for children.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
