This apartment is on the top floor of an old style house located at the heart of the lovely village Sesimbra. The furnishing is very tasteful and goes hand in hand with the high standard of the house. From the big terrace, there is a beautiful view on Sesimbra and the Atlantic. Although the apartment has only one bedroom, we can recommend the apartment also for 4 persons as there is a comfortable extendible sofa bed in the living room. Ideally, the apartment is suited for two adults and two children.

Location:
The apartment is located in the middle of the historic part of the town Sesimbra, a coastal resort whose main sources of income are fishery and tourism. Because of its proximity to Lisbon (30 km) and limited hotel capacities, the majority of tourists to Sesimbra are Portuguese, spending their weekends and the main holiday season in August there. The beach is only 30 m away from the apartment, and is also very suitable for children thanks to its protected location.

Near Sesimbra there are several other beaches, for example in Portinho de Arrábida or Aldeia do Meco (a 9 km long and sandy beach without any building developments), which you reach best by car in just a few minutes' time. Sesimbra excels in innumerable restaurants and bars, which are all in a walking distance from the house. An evening walk along the promenade is a must. A trip to Lisbon (by car or by bus/train) offers diverse opportunities, for example a visit of the Oceanarium at the Expo area, shopping, fado music, etc.

The price is calculated as the total price for the number of persons indicated above and includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs are charged extra on departure. The price is given for a stay of minimum 7 nights or more. Arrivals are possible at any day of the week. Earliest arrival time: 4 pm. Latest departure time: 12 am. Families with babies and children are particularly warmly welcome.
