This spacious country house located nearby the favourite Praia da Areia Branca beach is inhabited by a nice Portuguese family with three children (aged 9, 11 and 12). They rent out a small holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house with a separate entrance. The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen/ living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The house is located in the suburbs of the village, at the end of a quiet dead-end street. There is no traffic and mass tourism here at all.

Mrs. Eugenia has lived in Canada for 12 years and spent 10 years in France, so she speaks English and French very well. Nothing stands in her way of effective communicating with her guests.
